What Can You Expect?

After stimulating strength development, I will guide you back to a state of relaxation and ease—a functional core is strong when needed and relaxed when necessary.
Learn how breathing impacts core strength and how to breathe under tension. Develop a clear, practical understanding of how diaphragmatic breathing is the precursor to a healthy and balanced core. You'll become more aware of what hinders core strength in your environment and daily life, and learn how to adapt for lasting core health.
After all, focused training is just a small window to improvement; simple lifestyle adjustments can have a major impact on your body.
Discover how the core is not a separate entity to be trained in isolation but an integral system at the heart of all your body’s movements.
By the end of this 3-class series, you’ll have a stronger, more mobile core. Not only that, but you’ll also gain a deeper awareness of how this strength impacts your daily movements and how you can enhance the activities you love—whether it’s yoga, running, or simply keeping up with your kids!
